Cold and snow have taken over the Northeast, but today’s CAI/GOI request is for a retro-inspired, tea length gown that has me thinking fun and sun! Reader Ashley M. commented on this post with:
“How about ‘Primrose’ by House of Mooshki? Any similar suggestions? I am absolutely in LOVE with the dress but am looking to spend no more then $1,000 on a wedding dress. I love the shape of the dress, the back detail, the length of the sleeves and the gown’s two-toned color. I don’t typically love lace but on this dress it is stunning. Any ideas?”
The “Primrose” is a full lace tea length gown with 3/4 sleeves and an illusion back and is available in a handful of colors, all with an ivory lace overlay. House of Mooshki is based in the UK and is known for creating sophisticated, vintage-inspired gowns. The “Primrose” is both beautiful and fun, and Ashley is right, that lace is stunning! My search focused on tea length gowns with lace and sleeves. Let’s see what I found for $1,000 or less.
“Primrose” by House of Mooshki, $2,700+
Lovely, vintage-inspired beauties! That last dress even shares a similar scalloped hemline with the “Primrose” gown. What do you think Ashley M.? Do any of these gowns help you get over the House of Mooshki? Let us know in the comments!
