{Can’t Afford It/Get Over It} So Not Strapless

This week’s CAI/GOI request comes from a bride who happens to loathe strapless gowns.  Read what Mary had to say about her dream dress:

Hi Dana,

I’m on the hunt for a wedding dress that is 1,000 or under…and unfortunately fell in love with a few Olivia Couture dresses, which, in case you aren’t familiar, are NOT 1,000 or under (try 4-6,000).  Attached are a couple pics. I’ve got a serious thing for lace and a low/no back.
I loathe strapless dresses.  I’m petite and super flat chested and feel that style wouldn’t do anything to flatter me.  Any help you can throw my way would be much appreciated!
