{Wedding Inspiration} Sex and the City 2: Abu Dhabi-licious

This weeks wedding inspiration comes a little bit from one of my favorite movies, Sex and the City 2. I loved that all the girls visited Abu Dhabi, with beautiful embellished outfits, and had an incredible adventure in a new place other than the Big Apple. Don’t get me wrong, I love the city, but I really love learning about new cultures, traditions, and beautiful places that I knew very little of before.

I love the combo of casual beachwear with a long formal gown. It’s so effortless and beautiful. Wear your hair in tousled curls and stick a tropical flower behind your ear and you are ready to go!

The most awesome floral arrangement ever! Look at all of those colors and florals… I am in heaven looking at this!

I don’t know where exactly I found this cake (so I don’t know where to give credit) but I am freaking IN LOVE WITH THIS YO! Seriously? How sumptuous and decadent does this look?!

I think that the important thing to remember if you’re going to do an exotic and fun wedding like this is that you should NEVER be afraid of too much color. You can use as many colors in your wedding as you like: don’t feel like you are limited to only two or three. Most importantly, have a ton of freaking fun with it!
