Hello,
This was such a neat video. You are so amazing. I clicked on a link to your blog a few days ago, and have been reading your archive (chronologically, of course) after that first post. Feeling very inspired, both to help my best friend have the wedding of her dreams, and to help both myself and my loved ones live life to the fullest. Thank you for reminding me to think of life as an adventure, not just a series of chores…

Um, how cute are you?? It was so nice to hear your voice and see you being you and feeling so excited and inspired! It's contagious, I tell you.

I have had many epiphanies of inspiration lately. People like YOU (yes, YOU!), Johnny Cupcakes (read up on his brand if you don't know it!), and Julie Powell (who wrote "Julie and Julia") have been huge influences in my decision to quit my job and pursue my dreams. I am finally doing this thing. In less than 2 weeks, I will be self-employed. And I am going to make things happen. It is terrifying, yet at the same time, I have been sleeping better than I have in years and I feel a great sense of calm and excitement every time I think about the future. I can do this — I know I can. I HAVE to do this. And I will.

My main goals: to feel fulfilled, happy, inspired, creative, and financially stable. My main fears: that I won't know how to properly express my creativity, that I'll be too overwhelmed to ever focus on one thing at a time, and that I'll mess up the path my hubby and I are on for a home and kids someday. Here's to fulfilling the goals and squashing the fears!

Your excitement has this planner FIRED UP! I needed a little boost as I have been feeling a bit beat up and wore out from chasing this dream of mine and waiting sometimes impatiently as it blossoms and grows into the vision I have held on to for quite some time.

I can't wait to see you grow…and I know you will! Lifting one another up on the journey is what it's about so we share a similar sentiment.

GO GET 'EM! You won't be a broke-ass for long darling… believe me when I say it!

Such a WONDERFUL post!!! So inspiring!! I so understand how you feel about wanting to finally lead the life that you know you can lead. I just had that light bulb moment and I hope that I can just keep moving forward. I finally had to admit to myself that I was unhappy being a film producer. I let everyone else from home keep me from quiting because they all thought it was "glamorous and fabulous" and why would someone quit that. I'm transitioning into the wedding world and am SO HAPPY that I have decided to do this. I'll always have my little pet-project Good Gals Inc but I am taking what worked with GG's and turning it into something bigger and that will make me happy! You're drive is so inspiring! Keep it up!!!
