Heather, aka Penny Pantomime (aka Miss Snapdragon), makes maps.

She’s also my friend, and much to our delight, offered to make us a map for our wedding.  Now, you know how much I love having custom drawings done, and Heather certainly did not disappoint.  She captured the whimsy and eclectic vibe of our magic carpet theme, and paired it perfectly with the backdrop of Hollywood, highlighting the places that mean the most to us.  Check out how cute!  We included it in the guests’ out-of-town bags and we’re framing one for a keepsake. I luuuurve it.

Heather is terrific at incorporating the feel of the hosts, the event, and the city. Knowing that we are fun movie-land loving folks Heather drew in some attacking spaceships and some battling monsters and robots between our locations. When The Fresh Hubby saw that he cried a tear of joy, “How did she know this is the Hollywood I wish we lived in?” he asked. “Because she is a creative genius,” I whispered to him, as he fell asleep spooning the map.
