I love the MadLibs idea and am thinking of doing that as well for our RSVP's. I'm just worried about the older guests we are inviting….was it confusing for them?

Wow! I adore the sari pocket!! What a fabulous and unique idea–I cannot wait for the tutorial because i think I am going to use it for my June 2010 wedding!!! I'd love to know the ebay seller you used as well because that fabric is so gorg!

@Anonymous: Thanks for the kudos. I am truly sorry if you’re offended, I honestly never meant to be disrespectful. I’m personally of the opinion that our gods don’t judge us for playfully honoring them like that. So I wouldn’t mind you putting a poncho on jesus either – But I understand that not everyone shares my viewpoint, and I definitely respect your opinion, too.

I just stumbled across your site. Kudos to you for respecting other religions and cultures and wanted to incorporate a world theme into your wedding. Very unique. HOWEVER..as a Hindu, i am offended that you put a sombrero on a Hindu God. Seriously? That is disrespectful and I don’t think you meant it to be. Maybe I should get a picture of Jesus in a poncho for my wedding. You might want to reconsider the sombrero.
